The following is a list of extra services you will receive in addition to all the MKT Marketing Plan.Basic MKT Market Plan FREE, Premium MKT Market Plan, MKT, Market Realty Pledge

1) Fully represent you throughout the entire transaction.

2) Carefully review all offers and paperwork with you. Advise accordingly.

3) Negotiate and accept or counter the offer to get you the best price and terms.

4) Hold buyer's earnest money deposit in a designated trust account.

5) Coordinate inspections and appraisals, and handle repair negotiations.

6) Work with cooperating agent or buyer to set up the attorney closing date and time.

7) Ensure buyers provide information to lenders, insurance companies, and all related parties.

8) Follow up regularly with lender to ensure on-time loan package.

9) Review the HUD-1/Settlement Statement prior to closing.

10) Attend closing and be sure everything is in place for a smooth transaction.
